Rocket Arena 1.8

Hello.

A new version of rocket arena is released. Like UrbanTerror it was portet to the IoQ3 code.

Like UT i would like to see that an that it has it's own server list etc. I got no details about the structure or something.
I'm happy with qtracker and would like to use it but at the moment the servers for the ver 1.8 are not dsiplayed in the Q3 mod section.
