etqw free slots and pub slots

It looks like reserved slots for etqw are truly unavailable for pub players (unlike bf2142 where reserved slots can be used by pubs but you may be kicked if a reserved player wants your slot).

for etqw, free pub slots should be: [$server_players_maximum] - rule("si_privateClients")

For Ron but especially the other etqw players on the forum - Is this correct? If so, could you change the logic for etqw to set [$server_free_public_slots] this way?
