Yeah, I don't even know what to say to that... That's a DWORD in C.

It depends if you're on a little endian or big endian cpu. It could be that the guy is getting little endian data(with the least significant byte at the lowest address) on his big endian(with the most significant byte at the lowest address of the int) machine.

I guess he's not familiar with ntohl (does this date me? is it even used any more?)

Yup. Sounds like a good filter to have too! I'll pack this baby up tonight and get it out to the registered users; I've been trying to track down a crashing issue that I just can't reproduce... So the wait is over.

ETQW Filters

Added filter to show servers in the first few minutes of a map.
Added filter to show servers in the last few minutes of a map.

Used in conjunction with the campaign start/end filters you can now show servers in the last few minutes of a campaign or the first few minutes of a campaign.[/quote]

Slightly off-topic, but is there a reason why I only get like 3 servers? It says it's refresing like 900, but only 3 show up? I don't have filters enabled. It works fine for other games. Edit: fixed! lol, I did have filters enabled They were enabled by default apparently.

Darnit! I always forget to check for that.

Looks like there were 5 filters (1 BF142, and 4 ETQW ones) that were marked as active in the full installs (exe and zip). All fixed, and I refreshed the files on the website to prevent any further confusion.

Updated my etqw filter pack.

Add filters for maps good for:

Arty
Construct Objectives
Hack Objectives
Vehicles
Medics


Be sure to turn on the new option Ron added for us to Exclude Reserved Slots on the view/settings/appearance/Servers page so you can tell when a server is really full. Also uncheck Include Bots.

Does anyone know how to watch the etqw tournament at QuakeCon?
